Computerized equipment at our Quality Assurance and Testing Laboratories rigorously tests our products across all parameters in accordance with relevant quality standards or the client’s specifications. At each stage, quality checks include raw material and in-process inspections, as well as sample, routine, type, acceptance, and other special tests.

The factories, which are located in the industrial regions of Chopanki, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), adjacent to New Delhi, are ISO certified, with a specific emphasis on workplace health and safety. Meeting the stringent design, production, and supply standards and processes.

KANAK CCR has always placed a premium on quality. Our goods are critical infrastructure inputs, and we provide the highest quality possible. From the acquisition of raw materials through the final shipping of completed items, the production process is rigorously inspected.

Testing Phase

Phase1: Intensive Testing

Every coil produced goes through rigorous testing by a separate department. Integrated “in-line” processes are always on the lookout for magnetizable inclusions and surface flaws.

Phase 2: Product Evaluation

The quality of the goods is thoroughly evaluated while all pertinent manufacturing process characteristics are being tracked, recorded, and utilised for monitoring. Separately, two rod samples from each coil are removed and utilised for destructive testing.

Phase 3: Packaging

Properties such electrical conductivity, surface quality, microstructure quality, tensile strength, chemical composition, and recrystallization behaviour are assessed and compared to predetermined target values. The rod is only authorised for dispatch if it completely satisfies the established standards.
